Simply use the same credit card that you have saved on file for your wine club membership, then send us the receipt from your Nobu dinner along with a screenshot of a social media post showing you and Mr and tagging @SYLTBAR. We will credit the amount for one Mr bottle on your next wine club shipment.(excluding Caesar Palace & Paris in Las Vegas, Maui and Lana'i)
Yes, you can order any of our wines, including fine wines, with your subscription. Your subscription order must always equal a minimum of 12 bottles.

Our winery produces wine in small batches because we choose not to add extra sulfites to extend the shelf life for wide distribution. This is one reason why you won't find SYLTBAR everywhere like other mass-produced brands. With a wine club membership, you are our top priority, ensuring we always have inventory for you.
Yes, but please note that it can only be paused once and for a maximum of 8 weeks. If you need to pause it for a longer period of time, we recommend canceling the subscription instead.
To change the wines in your subscription, log in and go to Manage Subscription.
Click on Edit - you can then remove the items you want to swap and add the new products.
Tip: Maintain a minimum of 12 bottles. Decrease quantities first before increasing to keep your balance above 12. If you would Iike to add accessories they can be added to any subscription shipment.

To cancel your membership, simply write us an email or call us 754-200-6086. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for cancellation. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to grow and improve. We will immediately cancel your membership on our end.
Yes, you can pick up your order locally in Florida between 10 am and 4 pm EST. Please provide us with written notification the day before your pickup by contacting us.
Yes, you can use a UPS Access Point with the wine club. Simply choose Access Point as your delivery method at checkout. If you have any questions or issues please contact us.

Your free winery visit can be arranged any time during the year, except in August, September or October due to vacation and harvest season. Please notify us at least 4 weeks in advance. Our winery is 45 minutes by train from Venice. We will provide pick-up and a tour of the winery, including a complimentary Italian wine-food pairing platter. You will be responsible for all other expenses.
Special offers and bundles sometimes include free shipping and are already discounted for smaller quantities—so the 10% Wine Club discount does not apply. These promotions are created separately from the Wine Club to give all customers a chance to discover and try out our brand.
